Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If cancelled, you receive a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase required. No restocking fees; shipping costs are charged at most once.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
